The contract
Maintenance agreement between Alondra Casa, S.L. and Brezo Technical Services, S.L.
- 1. Purpose. Brezo will maintain the air-conditioning equipment in Alondra Casa’s offices, with two preventive inspections a year and any repairs needed.
- 2. Term and extension. The agreement lasts one year from signature and is extended automatically year by year, unless either party gives written notice, at least two months before it expires, that it does not wish to extend it.
- 3. Price and payment. Alondra Casa will pay 3,600 euros a year in quarterly instalments of 900 euros, by bank transfer, within 30 days of each invoice.
- 4. Fault reports. Alondra Casa will report faults by phone or email, and Brezo will attend within 24 hours on working days.
- 5. Penalties for delay. If Brezo does not attend within the agreed time, it will deduct 5% of the quarterly instalment for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 25%.
- 6. Termination for breach. Either party may terminate the agreement if the other seriously breaches its obligations and does not remedy the breach within 15 days of a written request.
- 7. Confidentiality. The parties will keep confidential the information they access and will process personal data in accordance with the applicable law.
